This is an important position in our customer support division. Responsible to handle customer inquiries timely and professionally, to make sure every support ticket is responded to and closed with keeping customer satisfaction in mind. Communicate with customers primarily over telephone, emails, Viber, WhatsApp, and social platforms. The candidate must be well organized, have excellent communication skills, and multi-tasking with record keeping. Training and guidance are provided. He or she will work in a team with the Head of CSR and other representatives.
Key skills: computer savvy, excellent communicator, multilingual is a big plus, online research skill, attention to detail, knowledge in eCommerce, team player with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, quick learner.
